1. Who we are

Jexyna ("we", "us", "our") is a fashion-jewellery brand based in British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us any time at support@jexyna.com.

2. Our products

Jexyna pieces are fashion jewellery — gold-plated and silver-tone metals set with cubic zirconia, crystal, pearl, and similar materials. We describe every piece honestly and never present it as solid gold or fine jewellery. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from your screen, and small natural variations are part of the charm.

While we choose skin-friendly, nickel-free materials, sensitivities differ from person to person. If you notice any irritation, please stop wearing the piece. Following our care guidance helps your jewellery last, though no plated finish is permanent.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We do our best to keep pricing and product details accurate; if we spot an error in a price or description, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel an affected order, even after it's placed.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — for example, where stock runs out, an error occurs, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Returns & shipping

6. Intellectual property

The Jexyna name, logo, designs, photography, and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't use our site for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, copy, or misuse it. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.

8. Limitation of liability

Our products and website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jexyna isn't liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
