Shipping policy

Every Jexyna order is packed with care and sent gift-ready. Here's what to expect.

Processing

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7–13 business days, depending on where you are. These are estimates rather than guarantees — occasionally carriers or customs add a little time.

Shipping cost

  • Complimentary shipping on orders over $75.
  • For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States and Canada. For orders crossing a border, any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out to support@jexyna.com and we'll chase it down with you.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If something's wrong, email us straight away — we can usually update it before dispatch, but we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
