Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If a piece isn't quite right, we're here to make it simple.
The short version
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Pieces should come back unworn, in their original condition, and in the gift packaging they arrived in.
How to start a return
Email us at support@jexyna.com with your order number and the piece you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Condition
- Items must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags and original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and in their sealed, original packaging.
- We may decline returns that show signs of wear, or that arrive outside the 30-day window.
Return shipping
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless your order arrived faulty or incorrect — in which case we'll cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to swap a piece for a different style or metal — warm gold, cool silver, whatever feels like you. Just mention it when you email us and we'll sort the difference, if there is one.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email support@jexyna.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — return postage on us.
Gifts
Received a Jexyna piece as a gift? We can offer an exchange or store credit for the value of the item, kept quietly between us and you.
