What are Jexyna pieces made of?
Honest materials, always. Our pieces are gold-plated sterling silver, silver-tone, and cubic zirconia or freshwater pearl — engineered to look like fine jewellery, and made for everyday wear. We'll never call a piece more than it is.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our pieces are tarnish-resistant and built to hold their shine through years of everyday wear. To keep them their brightest: put them on after perfume or lotion, keep them dry, and store them in their pouch. A soft cloth brings back the glow.
Is it kind to sensitive skin?
We use hypoallergenic materials like sterling silver, chosen to sit gently against the skin. Every skin is different, so if certain metals usually bother you, start with a silver-tone piece and see how it feels.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–13 days, and shipping is free on orders over $75. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your piece is on its way.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days to decide. If a piece isn't quite right, send it back unworn in its original packaging and we'll make it right — a refund or an exchange, whichever you'd prefer.
Can I send it as a gift?
Every order arrives gift-ready in our signature packaging — so it's ready to give, or to keep. Not sure which metal they'd love? Our pieces come in warm gold and cool silver, and most layer beautifully together.
